Lois Marie Schenewerk

Lois Marie Schenewerk, 91, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., entered her Heavenly home Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018 at Cedargate Care Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mrs. Schenewerk, the daughter of the late Dalton and Belva Dixon Porter, was born Feb. 28, 1927 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She married Roy J. Schenewerk on July 2, 1950 in Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death on Dec. 12, 1994.

Survivors include a sister, Lena Mae Badgley of Poplar Bluff; and numerous nieces and nephews

Two brothers, Walter Porter and Glenn Porter and a sister, Neoma Sisk also preceded her in death.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. The Rev. Don Mayo and the Rev. Dennis Ward will officiate. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
