Loman Lavern

October 20, 1940 — June 6, 2012

Loman Lavern Null, 71, of Wappapello died Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Kindred Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Loman was born and raised in Wappapello Mo. by his mother, Addie Louise Wilson Null and his father Willard Null. He joined the Air force and was stationed in Greenland. He served our country with many honors. He later moved to California.

Loman lived a very exciting life in California as an Entrepreneur (plumbing, heating and AC, etc). Because of his respectable reputation and the quality of work he was known for, several well-known movie stars employed him.

He featured in a few movies and had many famous friends, (John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Jane Mansfield) just to name a few.
He later came back to his roots and the love of his life, his mother Addie Louise Wilson Null in Wappapello, Mo. Loman took excellent care of his Mother for many years in his home, until she passed.

Everything Loman did in life, he did with charisma, dignity, prestige and self-respect. He was a very proud man with a heart of Gold and will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Survivors include his children, Loman Lavern Null Jr., Rochell Bernidett Null, Rhonda Kay Null and Lonnie Loman Null; sister, Wanda Louise Wilson of Stonefort, Ill.; and brothers, Larry Null of Scott City, Mo., David Null of Kennett, Mo., Edward Null of Dexter, Mo. and Phillip Null of Bethalto, Ill.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at the Wappapello Funeral Chapel. Burial with full military honors will be at Wilfong Cemetery in Wayne County.
