Manon Browning

Wilma Manon Browning, 85, of Poplar Bluff, passed away June 6, 2013, at West wood Hills Health Care Center.

Mrs. Browning was born March 7, 1928 in Poplar Bluff to Roy and Minnie Simpson Urich. They preceded her in death.

Manon and Rollie A. Browning where married on September 21, 1946 in Pocahontas, AR. He survives of the home.

Mrs. Browning was a member of First Baptist Church and had worked in the Administrative and Finance offices at the V.A. Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and doing volunteer work at her church.

Other survivors include her children Nonna Sue Franz (Henry) of Waynesville, NC, Ronald Allen Browning (Lynda) of Joplin, MO, 4 grandchildren; Rebecca Browning, Elizabeth Browning Krause (Cory), Jonathan Franz (Arlene) Matthew Franz (Becky), 2 great-grandchildren; Christian and Jett Franz; and 2 brothers; Glenn Urich and Lester Urich of Poplar Bluff. A brother, Harold Urich preceded her in death.

A graveside service will be on Saturday at 10:30a.m., at Memorial Garden Cemetery. Rev. Jim Schremp will officiate.
