Margaret Mccoy

Margaret (Maggie) May McCoy, 95, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Oakdale Care Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mrs. McCoy was born on June 10, 1917, in Lilbourn, MO to Charles Arthur and Clara Campbell Wright.

Margaret was of the Baptist Faith, and had worked as Hostess/ Manager of the Hickory House Restaurant and Motel. She enjoyed bingo, singing, having coffee at Country Mart and being around people.

Survivors include her daughter Phyllis Ann Bradley of Marietta, GA, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son James R. (Jackie) McCoy Jr., 5 sisters, and 2 brothers.

There will be a private graveside Memorial Service at Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid, MO held at a later date.

Memorials may be made in honor of Margaret to the Shriners Hospital for Children at Office of Development, 2001 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63131-3597.
