Margaret Lucille Worley

Margaret Lucille Worley, 83, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Tuesday, November 04, 2025, at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas.

Margaret was born on August 02, 1942, to George and Grace Digges in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She married Ronald Phillip Worley on August 31, 1957, also in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Margaret was a former member of Collins Chapel Church. She had a love for flowers, gardening, canning, and crafts. Margaret was a devoted wife and mother; she loved her family deeply, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed the simple things in life and was known to be a kind, caring, and resilient woman.

Margaret is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Worley Copeland and Leisa Meyer; four grandchildren, Shawn Stone, Blair Copeland, Kayla Meyer, and Carson Copeland; three great-grandchildren, Amiya Johnson, Faith and Kiley Stone; two sisters, Ellen McComb and Janet (Herman) Knoppe; two brothers, Paul (Jane) and Steven (Juanita) Digges; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, George and Grace Digges; husband, Ronald Phillip Worley; three sisters, Juanita Collins, Frieda Comer, and Barbara Christian; three brothers, George, Larry and Joseph Digges.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 11:30a-12:30p at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Funeral service will follow beginning at 12:30p. Burial will take place at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
