Mary Louise Fischer, 86, of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Fischer was born Aug. 30, 1920, in Poplar Bluff to the late John Lawrence and Pearl (Cardwell) Raulston. She was a member of the First Christian Church, in Poplar Bluff and had retired from Dresser, Industries, in Oklahoma City, Okla. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren
On Nov. 7, 1941, she married James H. Fischer. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Sally Boyle, of Cordoba, Tenn.; a son, Jim Fischer, of Poplar Bluff, five grandchildren, Scott Fischer, Jeff Fischer, Lyndsay Belcher, Jennifer Boyle and Allison Boyle; five great-grandchildren, Logan Fischer, Brady Fischer, Chase Fischer, Jacob Boyle and Isabelle Belcher; and two sisters, Lillian Stovall, of Poplar Bluff and Juanita Kearney, of Tampa, Fla.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel, in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will begin at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel, with Dr. Steven Williams officiating. Burial will be at the City Cemetery, in Poplar Bluff.
