Mary Alice Francis

Mary Alice Francis, 53, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Francis, the daughter of the late Edward and Judy (Autry) Francis, was born Nov. 2, 1963 in Butler County, Mo. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. Ms. Francis loved her dogs, coloring books and crossword puzzles.

Survivors include two sons, Ralph Francis Hicks and Robert Francis Hicks; a sister, Sandy Anderson; an aunt, Mary Louise (Nance) Heacock; an uncle, John F. Autry; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. The Rev. Jim Schremp will officiate. Burial will be at Patterson Cemetery in Butler County.
