Mavis R. Overall

Mavis R. Overall, 72, of Wappapello, passed away on October 14, 2018 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital.

Mavis was born on February 12, 1946 to Gene and Henrietta Shipman. Mavis worked as an Overnight supervisor for nearly 10 years at Arvin where she met many friends. Mavis lived in Wappapello, MO where she enjoyed spending time on the lake with her friends and family. Mavis enjoyed spending time fishing at the lake but spending time with her grandchildren skiing brought her the most joy.

Mavis is survived by, Son, David Overall; Two Granddaughters, Stephanie Overall, Tina Overall; Grandson, Jonathon Overall; Daughter In Law, Andrea Overall; Two Brothers, Bud Shipman, Farrell Shipman; Three Sisters, Sue Morgan, Terrie Todd, Carolyn Mullins; Life Long Friend, Rhonda Hunt.

Mavis was preceded in death by her soul mate Herb Gohn, Mother, Henrietta Shipman, Father, Gene Shipman, Son, Larry Overall, Two Sisters, Twiggy Hoffman, Kathy Shipman, Two Brothers, Connie Shipman and Bob Shipman.

The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.
