Nancy Lee Innes

Nancy L. Innes, 74, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Friday December 25, 2015 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Innes, the daughter of the late Woodrow and Betty (Frazier) Jeffries, was born Jan. 21, 1941 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and had worked in healthcare for over 38 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and also had a love for all animals.

On Dec. 17, 1970, she married Ralph Innes in Poplar Bluff. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include her four children: Jackie Floyd (Scot) of Wentzville, Mo., Jeff Thorn (Carol) of Wichita, Kans., Scott Innes of Port Allen, La. and Ralph L. Innes of Poplar Bluff; twelve grandchildren: Ashley Pierre, James Floyd, Brittney Thorn, Megan Thorn, Josh Innes, Emily Innes, Danielle Innes, Presley Innes, Paul Innes, Noah Innes, Gage Austill and Nicole Lowry; five great-grandchildren; one brother Michael Jeffries of Ca.; two sisters Judy Coleman of Sikeston, Mo. and Donna Picard of Irvine, Ca.

A daughter Lisa Baggett preceded Mrs. Innes in death.

A Rosary service will be held Monday at 4:30 p.m. at the Cotrell
Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral chapel. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father William Hodgson officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
