Nancy Mae Kearbey, 75, of Poplar Bluff died Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at her son's residence in Poplar Bluff.
Mrs. Kearbey was born Dec. 9, 1935 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of First Baptist Church, and had owned and operated along with her late husband Kearbey RV Center for many years. Mrs. Kearbey enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.
On Sept. 5, 1953, she married Earl Leroy Kearbey, Sr. in Poplar Bluff. Mr. Kearbey preceded her in death on Nov. 26, 1996.
Survivors include her sons, Lee Kearbey and wife Karen of Poplar Bluff and Danny Kearbey and wife Carol of Doniphan, Mo.; grandchildren, Lee Kearbey III and wife Angie, Kara Kearbey and Kelly Kearbey all of Poplar Bluff; great-grandchildren, Whitney and Mariah Kearbey of Dexter, Elijah Bounds, Aliyah Bounds, Kaden Johnson, Brady Dunn and Josh Dunn all of Poplar Bluff; sister, Marie Williams of Springfield, Mo.; and brothers, Ronald Files, Sr. and wife Shirley of St. Charles, Mo. and Delbert Files of Poplar Bluff.
Her parents, John W. and Nancy Ella Hill Files, sisters, Louise Lovvorn, Mabel Files and an infant sister and brothers, Earl Files, Charles Files and John Files, Jr. also preceded Mrs. Kearbey in death.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral chapel with Rev. Jim Hoyt officiating. Burial will be at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
