Patricia Burkhart

Patricia Ann Burkhart, 72, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Patricia was born on September 8, 1953, to Aaron and Mary (England) Balch in St. Louis, Missouri. She married Johnny Burkhart on September 10, 1984, in Poplar Bluff.

Patricia enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved watching Westerns, especially Gunsmoke. She liked coloring and spending time with her many feline companions. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her family dearly.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Susan Balch; brother, Richard Balch; sister, Anna Young; grandchildren, Ivy Nunley and Venus Mendoza; great grandchildren, Hope Martinez, Mia, Bella, and Evie Mendoza.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Johnny Burkhart; brother, Dale Balch and sister, Darlene Hopson.
