Patricia R. Parks

Patricia Ruth Parks, 75, of Poplar Bluff died Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Mrs. Parks was born July 4, 1934 in Bertrand, Mo. She was a member of First Christian Church, and for many years she owned and operated Parks Insurance Agency. Mrs. Parks enjoyed golfing and flowers.

On Aug. 23, 1953 she married Marion T. Parks in Sikeston, Mo. He survives.

Her parents, William and Minnie (Bragg) Clayton; and two sons, William Thomas Parks and Douglas Michael Parks preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
