Patricia L. Samuell

Patricia Lenora Samuell, 53, of Wappapello, died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Samuell was born May 14, 1957 in Eupora, Miss. After graduating from high school she attended Para-Legal School in Santa Barbara, Calif. Ms. Samuell was of the Protestant faith, and was the previous owner and operator of a restaurant and inn. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching T.V., playing cards, and doing volunteer work for the Lions Club, the V.F.W. and Independent Living Center.

Survivors include her son, Steven Boone and wife Nikki of Paragould, Ark.; parents, Fred and Mary (Davis) Kimble of Wappapello; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Hall, Raven Boone and Hailey Boone; great-grandson, Braxton Oost; 2 sisters, Marilee Fisher of Imperial, Mo. and Betsy Lindsey of Riverton, Utah; and 3 brothers, Fred Kimble, Jr., of Atlanta, Ga., Michael Kimble Dittmer, Mo. and Robert Kimble of Herman, Mo.

A brother, George Kimble preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Wappapello Chapel. A graveside service and burial will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedar Hill, Mo.
