Peggy Allen

Peggy Jean Allen, 74, of Williamsville, MO, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Peggy is survived by her loving spouse of, J.R. Allen; two children, Connie Allen and Derek "Ricky" Allen; 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, 1 sisters, and several nieces and nephews. We know there are so many more people who think of her as mom, grandma, or Aunt Peggy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Moore Funeral Service in Poplar Bluff.
Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation at 1:00 pm in the Moore Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Byron Beck officiating. Burial will take place in the Black River Cemetery.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "Come to me". With tearful eyes we watched you as you slowly slipped away, and though we loved you dearly, we couldn't make you stay. Your golden heart stopped beating, your tired hands put to rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best.
