Peggy J. Webb

Peggy Joan Webb, 67, of Poplar Bluff died Monday, Jan. 17, 2011 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mrs. Webb was born Jan. 15, 1944 in Holcomb, Mo. She was a member of Highland Church of Christ, and was a homemaker. Mrs. Webb previously served as a volunteer at Mark Twain Caring Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family and corresponding by cards with family and friends.

On Jan. 11, 1959, she married Jerry Webb in Holcomb, Mo. He survives.

Other survivors include 3 sons, Craig A. Webb and wife, Jerree of Lexington Park, Md., Anthony R. Webb and wife, Jeannie of Cocoa, Fla. and Darren L. Webb and wife, Darlene of Poplar Bluff; her mother, Alice (Coffel) Webb of Poplar Bluff; 7 grandchildren, Joshua Webb and wife, Rowena, Matthew Webb, Zachery Webb and wife, Isadel, Brian Webb, Michael Webb, Victoria Griffeth and husband, Enoch and Darrell L. Webb; 2 great-grandchildren, Aeries Webb and Mariposa Webb; 2 sisters, Patricia Ivy and Priscilla Spradley and husband, Larry all of Poplar Bluff; and 2 brothers, Terry Miles and wife, Pamela and Nickey Miles and wife, Doris all of Poplar Bluff.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Highland Church of Christ with Mr. Charles Lancaster officiating. Burial will be at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
