Reba Mae [Carman] Marion passed away July 18, 2026, at Cox Health Center South in Springfield, MO. She was 97 years of age.

Reba was born August 18, 1928, in Doniphan, MO to W. R. and Ella Carman. On June 10, 1949, she was married to Ross K Marion

She is survived by her son, Ross Kent Marion (wife, Lynda) of Lakeland, FL; son-in-law, Gary Sparkman (wife, Kaye, deceased) of Union, MO; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Gerald Marion (wife, June) of Licking, MO; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, W.R. and Ella; daughter, Kaye Sparkman; brothers, William and Noland Carman.

Reba was a devout Christian lady and a friend to many throughout her life. After Ross’s retirement, they traveled in their motorhome to many states including Alaska. Reba loved her flowers and took great pride in her home and gardens. She enjoyed her varied hobbies and crafts. She was a very devoted Cardinals baseball fan and even after losing most of her eyesight continued to listen to all the games.

In her last years she resided at The Cottages at Northpark Village in Ozark, Mo. While living there she continued to enjoy her daily walks, visiting with neighbors and nurturing her pots of flowers on the porch. She maintained this routine up to a week before her passing. She was cherished as a friend by many. She was especially loved by her Great Neice, Michelle Rupe, who enjoyed sharing Sunday phone calls and Great Niece, Tricia Pearson, who was always on call for phone fixes and trips to the ER.

Graveside service will begin at 1pm on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Missouri Veterans Cemetery 17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO.
