Sandra Deann Phillips

Sandra D. Phillips, 49, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Saturday, Oct. 01, 2016 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Phillips, the daughter of the late Dee Phillips and Shirley Walters Phillips, was born Dec.12, 1966, in Neelyville, Mo. She was of the Baptist faith and worked for Three Rivers College in the Achieve Program. Ms. Phillips loved spending time with her girls and friends. She especially loved attending her girl's sports events. She also enjoyed crafts and was an animal lover.

Survivors include her children; Lara Hafford and Lexi Hafford of Poplar Bluff; two nephews, Ronin Rice and Dillon Rice of Poplar Bluff; two cousins, Shirley Burton and Kelly Birk of Ill.; special friends, Sherrie Anderson, Rhonda Boyers and Shannon Thomas all of Poplar Bluff

The visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff with the funeral service following at noon. Burial will follow at Sparkman Cemetery.
