Sharlene Waters

Sharlene Waters, 60, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital.
Ms. Waters was born October 1, 1954, in Poplar Bluff, to Lawrence E. Bailey and Garnett Francis (Burnett) Deck. She was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with her family, especially caring for her grandchildren.
Survivors include her two children: Kevin Waters (fiance, Mitzi Moss), and April Waters; two grandchildren: Loni Waters, and Isaiah Marshall; three brothers: Terry Chaney, Larry Bailey, and Howard Bailey, ( Melody) all of Poplar Bluff; and four sisters: Betty Richardson, (Sherman), of Texas, Sharon Pullum, (Kenneth) , of Bloomfield, Shirley Niswonger and Teresa Bailey, both of Poplar Bluff.
Her parents; an infant daughter, Ashley Renee Dobbs; a granddaughter, Bailey Waters; two brothers: Nathan and Thomas Chaney; and a twin sister, Charlene Waters, all preceded her in death.
A 1 p.m. graveside service will be held Sunday, October 5th at Qulin Cemetery
