Shirley Robertson

Shirley Ann Robertson, 75, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Tuesday, April 16 at Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Robertson was born on May 22, 1937 in Poplar Bluff to George and Clara Sallee Scofield.

She and Calvin Robertson where married in Poplar Bluff in March of 1956. He preceded her in death in 1993.

Mrs. Robertson was raised in the Church of God faith. She loved spending time with her family and helping raise everyone else's children. She also enjoyed bowling and reading.
She had worked at the H.W. Gossard garment factory.

She is survived by her son, Chuck Robertson (Patty) of Poplar Bluff, 3 stepchildren: Jeanie Warren (Loyd) of Winter Garden, FL, Calvin E. Robertson (Joan), Janet Vinson, both of Poplar Bluff., 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, 3 sisters: Geraldine McMullen of St. Charles, MO, Juanita May of Imperial, MO, and Linda Strickland of Poplar Bluff, MO.

Mrs. Robertson was also preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Betty Lade.

Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 Friday, at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff, with Funeral Services beginning at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Byron Beck will be officiating. Interment will follow at Little Brushy Cemetery in Wappapello.
