Steven Nye Davis

Born to William E Davis and Nina J (Warrick) Davis in Poplar Bluff Missouri. Uncle Steve, as he was known to all his nieces and nephews, loved riding his Ford tractor around and up and down Township Line Rd. He found joy in taking kids for a ride, fishing, and visiting with neighbors. He loved working in his workshop in his younger years and building many different things for his family and friends. He lived his whole life in Poplar Bluff Missouri. 

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, William and Nina; Sister, Dorothy Boshears, and Brother, Paul Davis. 

Steven is survived by his sister and caregiver, Wanda Yarbrough and Great Niece, Valarie Bader, along with many other nieces and nephews.

 The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Cedargate Nursing Home and Crown Hospice. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will immediately follow beginning at 2:00pm with Deacon Will Yarbrough officiating. Burial will take place at the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
