Vivian M. Inman, 42, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at The Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa, OK.
Vivian was the daughter of Vivian Stanley Pollack and Robert Lee Thomas. She was born in St. Louis, MO on June 6, 1970. Her father preceded her in death.
She worked as an accountant for Specialty Granules Inc. in Annapolis, MO., and was of the Baptist faith. Vivian enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons and nieces.
She is survived by her partner of 28 years, John Ray Swesey; their son, Paul Daniel Swesey Sr.; 2 grandchildren: Paul ""PJ"" Daniel Swesey Jr., Keaton Swesey; her mother, Vivian Pollack; 3 brothers, 5 sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
A Gathering will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff, with a Celebration of Life following at 3 p. m. with her brother-in-law Dennis Sullivan officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made in honor of Vivian to a Charitable Christmas Fund to help local families that she worked with yearly. The account is set up at First Midwest Bank, 704 N. Westwood, Poplar Bluff, MO.
