Walter Michael Grams

Walter Michael Grams, 100, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015, at The Manor.

Mr. Grams was born in St. Louis, MO on September 20, 1914, to the late Stanley and Josephine Sobioraji Grams. He had owned and operated The Stag Inn Restaurant and Bar in St. Louis.

Survivors include his daughter, Judith M. Pyle of Wappapello; four grandsons: Craig Smith, Brian Pyle, James Pyle, Matthew Pyle, and two granddaughters, Kelly Roberts and Melissa Banks; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and dear friends, Judy Jones and her children: Scott, Deanna, and Bryan Jones.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters: Betty Grams and Dorothy Banks; three brothers, and five sisters.

A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Little Brushy Cemetery in Wappapello, MO. Rev. Jim Schremp will be officiating.
