Willard Lee Pendergrass

Willard Lee Pendergrass, 83, of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mr. Pendergrass, the son of the late Namen Lee and Essie (Helms) Pendergrass, was born Jan. 1, 1932 in Biggers, Ark. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his children: Marilyn Taylor, Ronnie Pendergrass, Willard L. Pendergrassm Jr., Scott Pendergrass, Kathy Pendergrass and James Pendergrass; a brother, Wilburn "Bo" Pendergrass; two sisters: Pauline Wilkerson and Gerlean Wilkerson of Poplar Bluff; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service with full military honors will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo., with the Rev. Jim Schremp officiating.
