William Michael "Bill" Clark

William Michael (Bill) Clark of Van Buren, formerly of Poplar Bluff, son of Charles Bowman and Kimberly Bowman of Poplar Bluff, was born Dec. 31, 1967 and departed this life Sept. 24, 2017 at the age of 49.

Bill was a talented artist, author, photographer and songwriter. He loved his music and his guitar. Bill had written and illustrated a children’s book, “GABBO THE GIRAFFE TRINITY THE TURTLE; FRIENDS TO THE END”.

Survivors include Kimberly Bowman “mother”; Amy Bowman “sister”; Brandon Kelley “son”; June Clark “grandmother”; and a niece and several nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Bowman, grandparents Mick Clark and Luther and Louise Bowman, and brother Joshua Bowman.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017 at Cotrell Funeral Chapel.
