Willie Eugene Woodham

Willie Eugene Woodham II, 64, of Poplar Bluff died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mr. Woodham was born Sept. 26, 1946 in Poplar Bluff. He served in the U.S. Army, and had retired as a heavy equipment operator in Illinois. He enjoyed spending time with his family and visiting with friends at the Eagles Lodge, V.F.W. and American Legion.

On Feb. 3, 1967, he married Sandy Cates in Poplar Bluff. She survives.

Other survivors include 2 children, Todd Woodham and Tonya Russom both of Poplar Bluff; and 3 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Liberty Community Cemetery off of County Road 608 in Butler County with the Rev. Kenneth Harper officiating.
