Obituary

Mary Louise McNamee, 84, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away surrounded by family, on Thursday, March 09, 2023.

Mary was born on January 25, 1939, to Raymond and Gladys (Page) Hillis in Williamsville, MO. She married Jerry William McNamee on September 7, 1956, in Desoto County, Mississippi.

Mary talents included cooking, crocheting, and sewing, just to name a few! She enjoyed playing bingo and visiting the casino from time to time. She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker.

Mary is survived by two sons, Jerry Mart McNamee (Jane) and Robert McNamee (Kimberly); one daughter, Deborah Cash (Stevie); three grandchildren, Nicole Bilbrey (Ike), Brandon Bilbrey and Nick McNamee (Andrea); and two great-grandchildren, Issac Gootee and Graylin McNamee.

Mary was preceded by her parents; husband; eleven siblings; one daughter, Rosalie McNamee.

Committal service will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 3:00pm at the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery with Pastor Jim Schremp officiating.
