Your facility took care of both my father & mother your professionalism & compassion along worth care for detail was unmatched by any other funeral home, my dad's passing was unexpected so I was blowed up incapacitated I was totally overwhelmed by this development, but your people helped through the whole process from start to finish & I couldn't be more appreciative. I am so very glad that Cotrell Willow Funeral and Cremation Services handled our sister's Funeral. Our sister looked very beautiful at her funeral, she looked like she was at peace. I am so very happy that we chose Willow Ridge for the services for my grandson. The staff is so caring, kind and compassionate, it's as if they could feel our loss. My grandson looked like a sleeping little angel. My daughter and I came to the funeral home a few days before the funeral. We were able to see Cassius and were told to take as much time as we need with him. Willow Ridge continued to be there for us even after the services.
